8. Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to make the shop work, remember your cart, analyse traffic and — only with your consent — show personalised content.

You can manage cookie preferences via the banner shown on your first visit, or by changing your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the shop (such as the checkout) from functioning correctly.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. The website uses SSL encryption (https) for all data transmitted between your browser and our shop.

Toki's online shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us so we can delete it.

11. Complaints

If you have a complaint about how we handle your personal data, you have the right to contact the supervisory authority in your country of residence:

  • Switzerland: Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) — www.edoeb.admin.ch

  • European Union: the data protection authority in your country.

We would, however, appreciate the chance to address your concerns first — please contact us at toki.shop.ch@gmail.com before escalating.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the most recent changes were made. Significant changes will be notified by email to registered customers where appropriate.
