TOKI is a small design brand based in Basel, Switzerland.
All products are handmade or hand-selected with care.
Prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT (if applicable).

2. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
We accept payments via TWINT, PayPal, or credit card (via Stripe).
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations, as many items are made or packed immediately.

3. Product Information
We make every effort to display product details accurately, but small variations in color or texture may occur due to natural materials and handmade processes.

4. Liability
TOKI is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

These Terms are governed by Swiss law.
Any disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of Basel-Stadt, Switzerland.
