We hope you love your purchase from TOKI.
Each item is carefully checked before shipping, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a return or exchange, please email us at hello@tokidesign.ch with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Photos of the product (if damaged)
   

Please note:

• We can only accept returns for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

• For hygienic reasons, earrings and pierced jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
